Connecting your Cloudbeds account to VRScheduler
Connect your Cloudbeds account to VRScheduler for more comprehensive scheduling and tracking of your cleaners, inspectors and all other staff.
By integrating your accounts, Cloudbeds properties and bookings will be imported into VRScheduler so that all your tasks can be auto-generated and scheduled.
Clean status can be pushed back into Cloudbeds for an even more seamless experience.

Ready to go? Create a VRScheduler account connected to your Cloudbeds account by following these instructions:
Navigate to the VRScheduler.com cloudbeds integration page:
Click the Get Started button.
Enter your information and click "Create FREE Account"
Authorize VRScheduler to access your Cloudbeds account. VRScheduler only reads property and reservation information and writes housekeeping status (if you set that up).
You will then walk through a series of screens to sign up for VRScheduler. Once you are signed up, you can use the Onboarding Steps to help you get all of your information into the system. We also offer one-on-one onboarding work session to make sure everything is working exactly as you need it.
